2.1 Your data as our customer or website visitor. For this we are the controller. This policy covers it. 2.2 Data of the people who call your business. When Paz answers calls for a business, that business is the controller and we process the data on its behalf. Callers who want to use their rights should contact the business they called. We help that business answer.
Website statistics. We use Plausible Analytics to count visits to callpaz.com. Plausible does not use cookies and does not store anything on your device. It records the page you visit, the website that sent you, your browser, operating system and device type, your approximate location (country, region, city), and how long and how far you read. Your IP address is used only for a moment, to find the approximate location and to make a visitor code that changes every 24 hours. Plausible does not store your IP address. We see totals only, never individual visitors. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing how our website is used, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can object at any time by email to henrik@callpaz.com. Provider: Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia. Data is stored in the EU.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use cookies on callpaz.com.
Our service providers: Netlify (website hosting and the sign-up form; Netlify stores form submissions until we delete them), Plausible Analytics (website statistics, EU), Google Workspace (our email), Stripe (payments), and for calls to our demo line Retell AI and Twilio. They process data on our behalf or, for Stripe, as independent controller for payments. The providers that handle calls for our customers are listed in Annex 1 of our Terms. Some are in the USA. We use the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses for these transfers.
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email henrik@callpaz.com. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Ours is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Ansbach, Germany.
We update this policy when our processing changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
